The Foundation was established in 2001 with the purpose of promoting the values of the family and the family business as pillars of economic and social development. Today, in a context deeply transformed by globalization, digitalization, and changes in family and work models, the Foundation faces the challenge of rethinking itself from the present with a future-oriented vision—aiming to better understand new social needs and to redefine its purpose, ambition, and impact.
At Könturatu, we led the Foundation’s strategic reflection process with an updated, forward-looking perspective. This process was structured through collaborative working sessions that enabled the redefinition of the institutional purpose, the design of new lines of action, and the identification of strategic partnerships capable of generating tangible impact for its target audiences.
