Project awarded with the Alliance Award for Dual FP

Goal

Fundación Mahou-San Miguel wanted to carry out an important CSR program related to its professional activity: catering and restaurant sector.

Solution

For this foundation we designed and implemented the project eDuo (Dual Professional Training) of Fundación Exit. Through this, students alternate their studies at school with training through internships in the company. The objective is to increase the employment of young people at risk of exclusion, while simultaneously encouraging them not to drop out of school.

We call the programme ” Creamos Oportunidades en Hostelería ” through which hundreds of young people have obtained the Certificate of Professionalism for Basic Restaurant and Bar Operations. This is a title that distinguishes them when looking for work in catering and restaurant sector.
