Goal

Grupo Cerealto Siro is a global company in the agri-food sector dedicated to the development and manufacture of cereal-based products. They required talent search aligned by job description and country criteria.

Solution

We carried out the project management of the executive search, focusing on the United States, Latin America and the United Kingdom.

To do this, we defined job description, coordinated and aligned communication between the different human resources managers in these countries, defined the global calendar, supervised the candidates, participated in the interviews and accompanied the client until the project was closed.
