MOLINS (with IMPELIA)

Challenge

Molins aims to proactively contribute to the social and economic improvement of the industrial sector. The unemployment rate in this field highlights the urgent need to boost training and job placement, especially for young people seeking to enter the labor market with the right skills and competencies.

Solution

In collaboration with IMPELIA, we have designed and developed the Molins Talent Factory Project, an initiative involving educational institutions and students from higher vocational training programs. The
project seeks to complement their academic education through a paid professional experience and extracurricular training, all within an environment of innovation, transformation, and alignment with Molins’
values and working model. The main objectives are:

  • To foster a business ecosystem within the industrial sector.
  • To ensure the scalability and replicability of the model: the initiative is intended to be applied to various professional profiles within Molins and the broader sector, consolidating a robust model for attracting and developing industrial talent.
