Goal

TM Comas company, a pioneer and innovator in the metallurgical industry, experienced difficulties recruiting technicians with high knowledge of mechatronics, mechanics, and special welding.

Solution

To solve this problem, the company decided to create a technical school authorised by the Generalitat of Catalunya. The Comatech Polytechnic Center was developed to train the human capital of the future in all fields of key technology within industry 4.0.

At Könturatu we are currently collaborating with TM Comas and the Comastech Polytechnic Center to define and implement the strategy and optimisation of the programme. The goal was to become a centre of excellence with a comprehensive programme servicing the metallurgical-mechanical sector, capable of retaining talent and offering a unique experience to students, companies and collaborating parties. We guarantee a high degree of preparation within the sector, while making the company more competitive.
